And what is a salsa congress you ask? Basically it is a 3-4 day festival of salsa/mambo workshops, lessons, discussion panels, and performances topped off each night by a social open dance lasting til 3-4 in the morning. It's a great way to learn salsa and a great way to dance with some of the world's greatest! Highly recommended!
